Rheza Karyanto

Rheza Karyanto has over 15 years of work experience in the financial services industry. Rheza started their career at Bank Commonwealth in 2006 as an Assistant Manager, where they were responsible for the product development of Bancassurance products. Rheza then moved up the ranks, taking on roles such as Manager of Onshore Investment & Liabilities Products and Senior Manager of Investments Unit Head, where they focused on strategic development and increasing market share. In 2013, Rheza became the VP and Head of Investment, Bancassurance, and Treasury Products, overseeing the overall development of wealth management products. In 2014, they were promoted to SVP and Head of Wealth Management Product and Services, leading a department responsible for product development, marketing, and business strategy. From 2016 to 2019, Rheza served as the SVP and Bancassurance Head, managing the business development and management of insurance products. Rheza then joined Manulife Indonesia in 2019 as the Executive Partnership Business Head, where they built and managed exclusive business partnerships. Currently, Rheza serves as the Head of Product Proposition at Manulife Indonesia, supporting the company's innovation and customer experience goals.

Rheza Karyanto completed a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung from 1999 to 2004. Additionally, they obtained a CFP® certification in Financial Planning from the Institute Financial Planning Indonesia (IFPI) from 2007 to 2008.
