Rudyanto Butar Butar

Rudyanto Butar Butar has a diverse work experience in various roles within the insurance and IT sectors. Rudyanto started their career in 2003 as an IT Administration at PT Informaticsgroup Indonesia, responsible for setting up new infrastructures. From 2005 to 2007, Rudyanto worked as an Assistant Manager in Information Technology at PT ACE INA INSURANCE, where they focused on daily monitoring and backup of policy databases and telemarketing recordings. Rudyanto then joined Prudential Indonesia in 2008 and held the position of Assistant Manager, reporting directly to the President Director and handling various responsibilities such as data preparation, conventions, and performance monitoring. Rudyanto continued to grow within Prudential, taking on roles such as Manager of Agency Administration Support and Senior Manager of Agency Digital Initiative. In these positions, Rudyanto was involved in digital transformation projects, managing digital friend applications and digital recruitment processes. Rudyanto'smost recent role was with Manulife Indonesia as Head of Digital Innovation, beginning in 2023.

Rudyanto Butar Butar has a Master's Degree in Management Information System from Budi Luhur University, which they obtained from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from BINUS University and Universitas Bina Nusantara (Binus) from 2000 to 2004. In terms of additional certifications, they have obtained certifications in "Customer Service: Handling Abusive Customers" and "Managing Your Emotions at Work" from LinkedIn in May 2021.
