Shervani Andita Parameswari

Shervani Andita Parameswari is an experienced professional in human resources and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Currently serving as the DEI Lead at Manulife Indonesia since January 2017, Shervani has previously held roles such as HR Business Partner and HR Consultant & Head of Academy at Manulife, where responsibilities included aligning HR agendas with business objectives and advising on human resource matters. Earlier experience includes a role as an Employee Relation Partner, facilitating consultations between the organization and employees, and participating in employee engagement initiatives. Shervani's career began as a Corporate Management Trainee at LG Electronics, where quality assurance was a focus. Shervani holds a Master's degree in Human Services from the University of Indonesia and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universitas Trisakti.
