Previously, Ulpan held positions in telecommunications, consulting, and education sectors, showcasing a diverse skill set in data-driven decision-making. Ulpan holds a Master's degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Indonesia and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics Teacher Education from Universitas Siswa Bangsa International.
