Benson Kam

Benson Kam has extensive work experience, starting in 1993 as a Contract Analyst for the Canadian Government. Benson then worked as a Senior Development Programmer for Cotter Canada Co-op before joining Three Principle Software Development as a Senior Development Programmer. In 1996, they became a Senior Manager of Systems Development at Manulife (International) Limited, where they led the transformation of Group Life and Health systems and implemented web services for online customer support. Benson then took on various roles at Manulife International Limited, including Director of Systems Development and AVP of Systems of Engagement Development. Benson'sresponsibilities included driving technology and business value delivery, leading project management domains, and delivering incremental value to customers. In 2023, Benson joined Manulife Hong Kong and Macau as the Chief Technology Officer, overseeing technology operations in the region.

Benson Kam attended the University of Manitoba. Benson received additional certifications in ATERN Agile Project Management in 2013 and ITIL in 2012. Benson also obtained certifications in CSSGB, FLMI, MPF, and PMP, although the specific years are not provided.
