Hùng Hoàng Mạnh

Hùng Hoàng Mạnh is an experienced IT professional with a solid background in technical support and system administration. Currently serving as an IT Desktop Support at Manulife Vietnam since December 2022, Hùng has previously held positions such as IT Support Engineer at Techtronic Industries - TTI Việt Nam, where responsibilities included troubleshooting incidents, managing IT assets, and overseeing an outsourced IT support team. Prior experience also includes roles as a System Administrator at Trung Tâm Điện máy và Nội Thất Thiên Hòa, focusing on L2 IT services and network monitoring, as well as Network Engineer Team Lead at OmniTech Corp, where Hùng consulted on Alcatel-Lucent technology solutions. An educational foundation in Communication and Networking was established with an Engineer's degree from Ho Chi Minh City University of Transport.
