Thanh Le currently serves as a Senior Unit Manager at both AIA and Manulife Vietnam since June 2024 and September 2020, respectively. Prior experience includes a position as Assistant to Front Office Manager at Elegance Hospitality Group from May 2017 to September 2020, and an internship at Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi during 2014. Thanh Le holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Hospitality Administration/Management from the National Economics University in Vietnam, completed in May 2015.
