Catherine Wiley

Catherine Wiley currently serves as Vice President and Chief Counsel at Manulife Wealth since January 2013. Previously, Catherine held positions including Vice Chair of the Board of Directors and Chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee at VHA Home HealthCare from June 2014 to April 2023, and worked as Legal Counsel in Litigation at Direct Energy Marketing Limited from February to December 2012. Catherine's earlier experience includes serving as an Associate Lawyer at Fasken Martineau DuMoulin, where engagement focused on complex litigation and dispute resolution across multiple legal areas. Additionally, Catherine was a board member at The Wexford Residence from 2007 to 2011. Catherine holds an LLB from Queen's University, a B.A. in History & English from Queen's University, and attended the University of Melbourne.
