Jerry Huang

Jerry Huang serves as the Vice President and Chief Counsel at Walmart since December 2024, previously holding notable positions at VIZIO from March 2015 to December 2024, including Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary. Prior experience includes roles at Apex Digital, Inc. as Acting General Counsel and at Foxconn as Corporate Counsel. Jerry Huang began a legal career as an Attorney at Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP from January 1997 to January 2000. Educational background includes a Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern Law School and a Bachelor's degree in Economics with a specialization in Computer Programming from UCLA.
