Adam Carter

Adam Carter has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Adam started their career at Accenture in 2007 as a Manager and worked there until 2013. Following that, they joined RBC and held various positions, including Director of Organizational Change Management and Senior Director of Human Resources. At RBC, they also served as the Senior Director of Digital and Tech Talent Acquisition. Currently, they are working at Manulife as the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources and will be promoted to Vice President of Human Resources Partner in 2023.
