Andrey Spiwak - Crisc

Andrey Spiwak is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in cybersecurity and risk management, currently serving as Senior Director of Governance, Oversight & Cybersecurity Operations at Manulife since April 2004. In this role, Andrey leads the John Hancock Cyber Incident Response program, overseeing cybersecurity incidents and guiding investigations to resolution. Previously, Andrey held the position of Director, Cyber Security and Risk Program at John Hancock Retirement Plan Services, where oversight included a team managing significant IT infrastructure. Before Manulife, Andrey worked as a consultant at DPRA Canada, managing IT operations and GIS projects. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Environmental Studies from the University of Waterloo and a Master of Arts in Global Information Systems from Carleton University. Andrey holds multiple professional certifications, including CRISC, PMP, CSM, and ITIL.
