Cecilia Law

Cecilia Law is an accomplished IT professional currently serving as the Director of IT Application Services in US IT Operations at Manulife since June 2019. With extensive experience in IT management and project delivery, Cecilia has held key roles such as Global IT SOX Lead, where initiatives to improve operational effectiveness and compliance were spearheaded. Prior to Manulife, Cecilia worked at Oracle as Regional Director and Senior PM, focusing on program delivery and operational efficiency for large-scale projects. Previous roles include Regional Program Manager at AXA Asia and Global Infrastructure Sr Project Manager at Noble Group, along with significant experience at Cathay Pacific Airways and AXA Technology North America. Cecilia holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems and Services from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
