Charlene Totzke

Charlene Totzke has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a significant tenure at Manulife since 2001, progressing from an Underwriting Consultant to an Account Executive and Director of Corporate Underwriting. Prior to Manulife, Charlene worked at Cowan Insurance Group as a Service Consultant and at Sun Life Financial in various underwriting roles for a decade. Charlene holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Waterloo - St. Jerome's University, obtained between 1984 and 1987.
