Erika Gimenez, CPM, is an accomplished payroll professional with extensive experience in leading payroll departments and implementing effective processes. Currently serving as the Global Payroll CoE Manager at Manulife since April 2018, Erika has successfully driven improvements in payroll efficiency and accuracy, including the implementation of a new payroll transmit process in North America that reduced payroll overtime hours in Canada by 69%.
