Farookh M. is an experienced marketing technology leader currently serving as Director and Marketing Technology Lead for North America at Manulife since April 2019. Previously, Farookh M. held various roles at NTT DATA UK from February 2016 to February 2019, including Principal Consultant for Digital, focusing on digital optimization for a major telecommunications company and excelling in digital marketing tools and customer experience strategies. Farookh M. also contributed to Tech Mahindra from January 2011 to September 2014 as a Service Solution Designer and Associate Solution Designer, and began a career at Infosys from August 2006 to December 2010, progressing from Software Engineer to Technology Analyst. Farookh M. holds an MBA from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Computers from the University of Mumbai.
