James Sams

James Sams is an experienced professional in the field of identity operations and technology management. Currently serving as the Director of Identity Operations at Manulife since December 2022, James previously held the position of Senior Manager and Senior Technology Analyst at Providence from December 2010 to December 2022. James earned an Associate of Science degree in Network and System Administration from the Community Colleges of Spokane, where studies took place from 1999 to 2001.
