Poornima Bushpala

Poornima Bushpala currently serves as the Director of North America Information Risk Management at Manulife, focusing on strategic initiatives related to technology and data risk, cybersecurity, and vendor management for the Canadian region. Prior to this, Poornima held the position of Director of Technology Risk at Loblaw Companies Limited, overseeing board reporting and internal audits. Poornima has extensive experience in risk management, having served as Vice President at Wells Fargo, responsible for operational risk, and as Senior Manager at Wipro Limited and Bank of America, managing compliance and operational risk across various sectors. Poornima's academic credentials include a PGPMAX from the Indian School of Business, international immersion programs at CEIBS, and executive education at Kellogg and Wharton. Poornima also holds a B.S.C in Computers from Osmania University and has completed the IGNIIT program at the National Institute of Information Technology.
