Richard Myrus currently serves as Chief Litigation Counsel at Manulife, overseeing U.S. and Global Wealth and Asset Management Litigation since January 2023. Prior to this role, Richard Myrus was an Assistant US Attorney at the DOJ from 2007 until February 2023 and a Partner at Goodwin Procter LLP from 2004 to 2007. Earlier in Richard Myrus's career, experience was garnered as an Attorney at Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, LLP from 1997 to 2004, and as a Pilot in the US Navy from 1986 to 1992. Richard Myrus holds a Juris Doctor degree from Fordham University School of Law, obtained between 1992 and 1995, and a Master of Arts in U.S. History from UC San Diego, completed in 1992. Additionally, Richard Myrus earned a degree from Columbia University from 1980 to 1984.
