Stephanie Bush

Stephanie Bush has over 10 years of work experience in various roles. Their most recent role is Senior Scrum Lead at Manulife, where they are responsible for driving the agile architecture practice and overseeing the delivery of architectural backlogs. Prior to that, they worked at Charles Schwab as a Sr. Scrum Master and held leadership positions in Scrum Master roles at Worldpay. Stephanie also has experience in education and counseling roles, including as a Counselor at Colorado High School Charter and a Post-Secondary Coach at Denver Public Schools. Stephanie has a background in internship advising and coordination from their time at the University of Colorado Denver and experience in sales management at Denver Patio Ride. Stephanie has also worked in career development and support at Jones International University, Herzing University Online, and ATTIC Correctional Services, Inc.

Stephanie Bush completed their master's degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Colorado Denver between 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a bachelor's degree in Communications and Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, from 2007 to 2010.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Stephanie has also obtained various certifications. Stephanie became a Certified OKR Professional through OKRsTraining.com. Other certifications include Certified SAFe® 6 Program Consultant, Certified SAFe® 4 Practitioner, Certified SAFe® 4 Product Owner/Product Manager, and SAFe® 4 Certified Agilist, all obtained from Scaled Agile, Inc. Stephanie also received a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance.
