Atul Rathod has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Atul is currently serving as the President-Industrials at Manus Bio since 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Managing Director - Oil & Gas Chemicals, Biofuels, Hydrogen at CHEMIUM INTERNATIONAL CORP. from 2020. Atul Rathod also has a role as the MIT Sloan EMBA'23 Senator at the MIT Sloan School of Management since 2021.

Furthermore, they worked as a Guest Lecturer for the "Hydrogen for Sustainable Energy" course at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from October 2022 to December 2022. In addition, Atul Rathod participated in the MIT Energy Hackathon in 2021.

Atul'scareer in the oil and gas industry includes significant roles at Weatherford, where they served as the Group PL Manager-Completion & Production from February 2012 to December 2012, Country Manager-Production Systems from March 2011 to April 2012, Country Manager-Artificial Lift Systems from June 2009 to March 2011, and Sr. Artificial Lift Application Engineer from May 2005 to May 2009.

Atul Rathod started their career as an Internship Trainee at Schlumberger-Doll Research in September 2001. Atul then worked as an Artificial Lift Applications Engineer at Schlumberger from September 2002 to April 2005.

Atul Rathod completed their education at various prestigious institutions. Atul obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the MIT Sloan School of Management between the years 2021 and 2023. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Petroleum Engineering at the Colorado School of Mines from 2000 to 2003. Atul Rathod's first academic milestone was earning a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Petrochemical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University, where they studied from 1995 to 1999.
