Mehmedalija Jahic

Mehmedalija Jahic currently serves as the Senior Director of Process Development at Manus since June 2023. Prior to this role, Jahic was with Evelo Biosciences from April 2016 to June 2023, where responsibilities included leading bioprocess development and establishing high-performance teams within a company focused on immunotherapies for various diseases. Jahic also held key technical leadership positions at DuPont Industrial Biosciences from September 2007 to April 2016, overseeing major projects in probiotics and biobutanol technologies. Earlier experience includes a role as a Postdoctoral Fellow at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, where Jahic led a project to develop a $1.5 million core facility for protein production. Education was completed at KTH Royal Institute of Technology with a PhD in Biotechnology from 1998 to 2003.
