Rodrigo Rotondo

Rodrigo Rotondo has a wealth of experience in asset management and industry 4.0. Rodrigo began their career in 1998 as a Trainee in the Industrial Maintenance Department for Syngenta. The following year they worked as a Maintenance Planner and Scheduler for Lorenzetti S/A. In 2000, they took on the role of Maintenance and Process Engineer for Bayer. Two years later, they joined Accentum Maintenance Services as a Maintenance and Operations Manager. In 2009, they founded Oportunitta Consulting and in 2010 they took on the role of Project Manager for Enaex. Most recently, in 2015 they became the CEO of Manusis4, a complete and innovative solution focused on asset management, industry 4.0 and predictive monitoring in real time. Under their leadership, Manusis4 has grown and gained market in its operating area due to the positive conversion that it provides to its clients and users. Currently, there are more than 250 clients, 2,500 units, almost 4 million registered assets, more than 500 thousand orders of maintenance generated monthly, with more than 4 thousand mobile apps in operation and more than 60 thousand users.

Rodrigo Rotondo has a diverse educational background. Rodrigo obtained a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho in the years 1994 to 1998. In 2000 to 2001, they attended INPG - National Institute of Post Graduate Studies for Industrial Administration. In 2005 to 2006, they attended INPG - National Institute of Post Graduate Studies for an MBA in Industrial Management. In 2011, they attended Euax Consulting for a PMP Certification Course. In 2012, they attended Esade for a Management Post Graduation in Business School - Advanced Management Program - Barcelona. In 2013, they attended Esade for a Market Orientation and Sales Management Program - ESADE / FAE in Sales Management. In 2021, they attended StartSe University for an XBA - Xponential Business Administration. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in XBA - Xponential Business Administration from StartSe University in December 2021, CMRP Certified from Manusis4 in November 2013, and CMRP - Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional from SMRP-LATAM: Society for Maintenance and Reliability Professionals – Latin American Affiliate in January 2014.
