William Custodio has over 25 years of experience in the business world. William began their career in 1993 as an Internship Trainee at Voith Group. In 1994, they joined Procter & Gamble as a Sales Supervisor and worked their way up to become a Unit and Key Account Manager. In 1999, they moved to Givaudan and held positions as an Unilever Account Executive for Laundry Care in LATAM and an Unilever Account Executive in Brazil. In 2002, they joined Whirlpool Latin America as a Sales Manager for Northern and Southern Brazil. In 2006, they were promoted to Sales Director for Brazil and was later appointed to lead business innovation as the Vice President of eCommerce, New Business Development, and Digital Lead-Latin America. In 2009, they became the Vice President of the Latin America Region and General Manager. In 2017, they joined the International Entrepreneurship Center as a Lead Consultant for Business Expansion and Internationalization. In 2019, they co-founded Integrated Natural Resources. In 2022, they became the Head of Business Development North America for Manusis4 and a Co-Founder, Partner, and Board Advisor for Next Med S/A.

William Custodio has a diverse educational background. William is currently enrolled in the Executive Program at The Wharton School's CTO Program - Growth Through Technology, which started in 2022. In 2004, they completed their Executive MBA Program at FIA - Fundação Instituto de Administração, with a focus in Business Administration and Management. In 2001, they began the Global Account Executive Program at The Wharton School. In 1994, they completed their Bachelor of Electrical Engineering at USP - Universidade de São Paulo. In 1992, they participated in a 1 Year Exchange Program in Electrical Engineering Studies at Virginia Tech.
