Grant Proctor

Grant Proctor has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Grant is currently serving as the Head of Product at OVConnects since June 2021. Prior to this role, they held key positions at Manx Telecom, where they started as a Telecoms Engineer in September 1984 and progressed to become the Head of Service and Product Delivery. During their time at Manx Telecom, they also worked as a Business Development Manager. Before joining Manx Telecom, Grant worked at Alcatel-Lucent, where they served as a Customer Solutions Architect, UTRAN Product Support, and Pre-sales Consultant. Grant began their professional career at the UK Ministry of Defence, working as a Telecoms Engineer and later as a YofS Royal Signals. Overall, Grant brings a wealth of experience in product management, service delivery, business development, and technical account management.

Grant Proctor attended Arbroath Academy from 1979 to 1983. Grant did not pursue a degree or field of study during this time. Later, in 1997 to 1998, they enrolled at the Military School of Signals to study Communication System Management and earned an HND degree.
