Tyler Dycher

Tyler Dycher is an experienced fibre splicer and network engineer with a strong background in optical fibre technology. Currently employed at Telcom since May 2022, Tyler specializes in building and splicing 288F joints. Concurrently, Tyler has been working at Manx Telecom since February 2020 on the PON team, focusing on fibre network engineering by cabling and splicing CBTs and joints from the exchange. Additionally, Tyler has experience in residential customer installations, which involves installing optical fibre from the CBT to customer properties and configuring ONT units internally.
