Aleksandr Lavrinenko

Aleksandr Lavrinenko has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Aleksandr worked at Manychat as a Cross-functional Engineering Manager, where they were responsible for optimizing the engineering process and introducing new planning methods. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Mobile at Manychat, overseeing the development and launch of iOS and Android applications with a rich LiveChat solution.

Lavrinenko also worked at Podlodka as a Program Committee Member, where they organized and launched conferences for developers and leaders. As the director of Soft Skills conference, they hired opinion leaders, created the program committee, and successfully conducted two conferences with over 200 attendees each. Additionally, they participated in the program committee for six conferences, ensuring their success and receiving high ratings.

Furthermore, Lavrinenko worked at Sberbank as a Project Development Manager, where they led a team of mobile and backend developers and successfully released a new load bank product. Aleksandr also facilitated the transition from waterfall-like development to an agile approach. Before that, they served as a Senior iOS Developer at Sberbank, contributing to the creation of the Documents feature for the bank's mobile application.

Lastly, Lavrinenko co-founded Reminiway, a startup that aimed to create a scrapbook-style mobile application. Although the project was put on hold after testing with users, they were involved in market research, finding potential users, hiring developers, and creating a fully functional iOS application.

From 2012 to 2016, Aleksandr Lavrinenko attended Bauman Moscow State Technical University and earned a Bachelor's degree in Technical Systems Management. Their field of study focused on Autonomous Information and Control Systems.
