Evgeny Zakharov has a diverse work experience in the fields of customer support and education. Evgeny started their career as an English Language Private Tutor in 2010, where they worked until 2013. From 2013 to 2016, Evgeny worked as an English Language Teacher at Medialan Educational Center. In 2019, they joined ManyChat as a Customer Support Agent and later became a Customer Support Team Lead in October 2020. Evgeny continues to work in this role presently.
