Olga Hörding

Olga Hörding has a diverse work experience with various companies and roles. Olga is currently working as the Head of UX Research at ManyPets, where they focus on developing innovative pet insurance solutions with customer needs in mind. Prior to this, Olga held the position of Principal User Researcher at Typeform.com from 2020 to 2022. Olga also worked at Spotify for several years, starting as a User Research intern/Master thesis student in 2015 and eventually becoming a Senior User Researcher. Olga has also worked as a Sales Agent at Uppstuk and held multiple positions at Spotify, including Payment Operations Advisor and Customer services agent. Additionally, they gained experience as an Operational Bar Manager at Stockholms Nation, Uppsala and worked in Customer Service at AMF. Overall, Olga's work experience showcases their expertise in user research and their ability to contribute to the development of innovative products and services.

Olga Hörding attended Uppsala University from 2010 to 2015, where they pursued a Masters Programme in Sociotechnical Systems Engineering. In addition, from 2013 to 2014, they studied at Université Paris Dauphine - PSL. Prior to their university education, Olga completed the Natural Sciences Program at Enskilda Gymnasiet from 2007 to 2009. Olga also briefly attended Stanborough School U.K in 2004. Olga's earliest education can be traced back to the French School Stockholm, where they studied from 1996 to 2006.
