Nick Flynn

Nick Flynn is the managing director of the Americas region at Diligent Corporation, the leader in modern governance providing SaaS solutions across governance, risk, compliance and ESG with more than $500 million in revenue and a $7 billion company valuation. In his role, Nick oversees the commercial team, which includes new and expansion sales, customer success, implementation, and regional marketing in the Americas. He joined Diligent in January 2020 as the senior vice president of Customer Success.

Prior to joining to Diligent, Nick previously held senior commercial leadership roles at Rokt and Shutterstock. He led the go to market strategy in both roles and helped each business grow to an annual run rate of $150 million and beyond.
