Amy Matthews is the Vice President of Customer Success at MapAnything. Amy has dedicated their career to helping their clients succeed.

Amy started their career at Salesforce as a Senior Director, Success Manager. In this role, they were responsible for developing and growing relationships with Procurement, executives, and key personnel. Amy also successfully negotiated new contracts with additional entities.

Amy then joined MapAnything, Inc. as the Vice President of Customer Success. In this role, they strategically managed client relationships from a portfolio of 60 customers. Amy created account plans and developed creative solutions for their customer's ongoing success. Amy also won the Q3/2016 Employee Recognition Award - Drive Customer Success.

Amy has consistently exceeded their sales goals, and in 2016 they were awarded top sales for the Customer Success team. Amy continues to exceed expectations in their current role at MapAnything.

Amy Matthews has a Bachelor of Science in Education from Appalachian State University.
