Simon Asta

Simon Asta has extensive experience in business development and growth, currently serving as the VP of Growth & Business Development at Mapendo since February 2018. Previously, Simon held the role of COO at Atlas, Inc., a People Analytics company, from January 2016 to January 2018, where the focus was on enhancing employee recruitment through innovative cloud-based solutions. Before that, Simon was the Head of Partnerships at Jampp, a mobile app promotion technology firm, from June 2014 to December 2015. Simon also founded and served as CEO of Lincipit.com, a white-label crowdfunding platform for emerging markets, which was subsequently acquired. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA in Management of Technology from EPFL, participation in the Oxford Blockchain Strategy Programme at the University of Oxford, and degrees in International Business and Marketing from San Diego State University and Universidad de Valparaíso.
