Timothy Horgan, AIC, is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience in claims management and quality assurance. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Claim Quality & Service Providers at MAPFRE Insurance Company Inc. since January 2017, Timothy oversees the Service Provider Office and the Claim Quality team, focusing on enhancing customer experience and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Previously, Timothy held various roles at Arbella Insurance Group, including Claims Technical Team Manager, where a high-performing team was developed to handle significant claim volumes, and other positions that involved process improvement and staff development. Early in the career, Timothy served in the United States Army Reserve and held positions at several insurance companies, where skills in claims management were further developed. Timothy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Bryant University.
