Borja Rioja Mata

Borja Rioja Mata has over a decade of experience in the field of business intelligence, data analytics, and software engineering, currently holding a position as a technical reference in the multidisciplinary team at the Continuous Audit Directorate of MAPFRE since April 2013. In this role, Borja has been responsible for the end-to-end implementation of national and international continuous audit projects using business intelligence technologies, focusing on continuous monitoring solutions through KPIs across various business processes. Prior to this, Borja gained practical experience as an intern at the Ayuntamiento de Burgos from March 2012 to February 2013, providing support to systems and development teams. Borja holds an MBA from UEMC Business School, as well as multiple degrees in information technology, data mining, and business intelligence from prestigious institutions, including Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Universidad de León, Universidad de Burgos, and C.E. San José Artesano.
