Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in organic product retail, compliance, nutrition, and education. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana specializes in providing online organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Since January 2016, Mariana has also been an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. Previous experience includes ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, as well as a role as a Nutritionist at a private practice from February 2016 to 2019. Additionally, Mariana has contributed to academia as a university lecturer in applied mathematics and the history of nutrition at a labor training school from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a degree in Nutrition and Wellbeing from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015) and a diploma in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020).
