Lynn has over 25 years of experience leading high revenue businesses and specializes in formulating talent and operational strategies that improve the customer experience, create operational efficiencies, to yield positive outcomes. Along with deep and diverse experience building teams and scaling operations, Lynn also brings a strong personal commitment to the vision at Maple Hall Academy. She shares in the passion of helping people develop the tools needed to unlock their potential.
Prior to Maple Hall Academy, Lynn served as Senior Director, Operations and Director of Procurement for a telecommunications company. Earlier in her career, Lynn worked in paper manufacturing as Purchasing Manager, Supplier Quality Manager, and Training Director.
Lynn holds a BBA in Business Administration from Montreat College.
