Amit Shah has over 20 years of experience in the food industry. Starting in 2000, they worked as a Senior Quality Staff Resource and Scientist II at Clorox in the Glad SBU. In 2007, they joined Kraft Foods as a Quality Leader and Senior Engineer in the Process Cheese Commercialization. From 2011 to 2015, they were the Quality & Regulatory Director Americas and Americas Zone Quality & Regulatory Manager at Bel Brands USA, where they were responsible for Quality, Food Safety and Regulatory topics at all plants and co-manufacturers across North America and South America. Since 2018, Amit has been the Senior Director Quality at Maple Hill.
Amit Shah attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering.
