Surya Manalu-Trules

Surya Manalu-Trules has extensive experience in the food service industry, currently serving as a Food Server at What If...Syndicate since August 2021. Prior experience includes Food Server roles at Eataly from October 2017 to September 2020, where responsibilities involved greeting guests and taking orders, as well as a Banquet Server position at The Culver Hotel from April 2015 to November 2017, focusing on event set-up and guest service. Surya also worked as a Banquet Server for Patina Restaurant Group from July 2011 to September 2015 and had prior experience with Special Event Staffing from February 2007 to March 2011.
