Nelda Whitman

Nelda Whitman has extensive experience in quality assurance and regulatory affairs, currently serving as the QA/RA Lead at Maplehurst Bakeries, LLC since June 2001. In this role, Nelda ensures that all production, packaging, and products comply with the company's quality standards and HACCP plan, with responsibilities including BRC readiness, equipment calibration, documentation, bacterial sampling, swabbing, and product testing. Prior to this position, Nelda worked as a QA Auditor at Maplehurst Bakeries from June 1987 to February 1996 and as a Receptionist at Lubbock Diagnostic Clinic from April 1996 to February 1998. Nelda completed education at Morton High School from 1977 to 1980.
