Paul Whelan

Paul Whelan is a Detection and Automation Engineer at Maples Group since October 2025. Prior experience includes roles as a Security Analyst and Cyber Security Engineer at Integrity360 from July 2015 to October 2025, where Paul was a key member of the team that implemented the Google Chronicle SOAR platform. Additionally, Paul served as a Senior Desktop Support Engineer at Global FIS from March 2013 to May 2015, managing IT needs for a client site in Reading, UK, and supporting multiple other sites. Earlier, Paul held the same title at ICON plc from February 2006 to January 2013, providing technical support across Dublin and UK sites, as well as other locations in Europe. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Commercial Software Development from Waterford Institute of Technology.
