Currently serving as Tufting Manager at Maples Rugs since August 2017, Jesus previously held managerial roles at Beaulieu America and Shaw Industries, including responsibility for capital projects, process development, and team management. With a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency, Jesus has successfully developed and trained sizeable teams, managed production schedules, and led six sigma projects. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Kennesaw State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Valdosta State University.
