Victoria Black has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Victoria began their career at Supremia International as an Account Executive, where they successfully managed clients from various countries and made important decisions regarding profits and margins. Victoria then worked at MNC as an Account Executive, focusing on arranging promotional events and conducting new business efforts. Victoria later joined e-Dialog as a Senior Programme Manager, where they provided training and support to new starters and clients, while also being responsible for quoting costs, advising on strategy, and identifying business opportunities. Victoria then joined eBay Enterprise as a Senior Client Services Manager, overseeing high-profile accounts and managing a team. Currently, Victoria is employed at Mapp Digital, where they have held various positions, including Enterprise Digital Account Director and Senior Manager of Global Customer Advocacy. Victoria now serves as the Director of Customer Advocacy Global.

Victoria Black attended Coopers Company and Coborn School from 1994 to 2001. Victoria then went on to study at the University of East Anglia from 2001 to 2004, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Management.
