Nancy Intilli Mertens, MS, LPC, ATR-BC, is a skilled psychotherapist with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently a psychotherapist in private practice at Creative Therapists, LLC since August 2014 and a therapist trained by the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS) since May 2022, Nancy focuses on MDMA-assisted psychotherapy for PTSD treatment. Previous roles include psychotherapist positions at Monmouth Medical Center and St. Vincent's Hospital, as well as clinical supervisor of detox services at North General Hospital. Nancy has also held leadership roles in expressive therapy and harm reduction at Harlem United and Housing Works.
