Kalynn Walts, SHRM-CP

Kalynn Walts, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition, having worked in the field since 2006. Kalynn began their career in 2006 as an iTan Certified Tanning Consultant (Seasonal) at iTan Boutique. In 2012, they took on a Sales Associate role at South Beach Tanning Company and in 2013, they were appointed Vice President of Membership at Delta Zeta Sorority. In 2014, they held three roles at Hays, including Human Resources Manager, Benefits Administrator - Human Resources, and Human Resources Specialist. That same year, they also worked as a Child Protection Investigator at Pinellas County Sheriff's Office. In 2019, they were a Human Resources Generalist at Charter Communications and in 2021, they became a Human Resources Generalist Lead, Vice President at Citi. Most recently, in 2022, they were appointed Manager, Human Resources & Talent Acquisition at Mapware.

Kalynn Walts, SHRM-CP earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida in 2013. During their time at the University of Central Florida, they also completed a minor in Early Childhood Development and a Leadership Studies Certificate. Additionally, Kalynn holds a SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
