Andreas Holmer

Andreas Holmer is the Co-Founder & CEO of MAQE, a company they have been with since December 2011. In 2018, they also took on a role as a Writer at WorkMatters, a weekly newsletter and publication focused on the future of work. Before that, they served as an Account Strategist at Landau Reece Limited from September 2009 to December 2011. Prior to that, they worked as an Account Manager at Methodologie from April 2008 to November 2009. From July 2005 to March 2008, they were an Account Planner at Collaborate. Andreas previously ran a profitable marketing consultancy called Mainplane, serving SME clients in the U.S. and Europe from August 2004 to July 2005. Andreas began their career as a Designer at Icon Medialab/24hr International/SAMI Labs from September 1998 to February 2002.

Andreas Holmer began their education in 1999 at Bergh's School of Communication, where they obtained a Diploma in Marketing Communications. Andreas then went on to pursue a BA in Business Administration and Marketing at IHM/Dublin Business Schools from 2002 to 2004, focusing on the field of Business/Managerial Economics.

In addition to their academic education, Andreas has also obtained several certifications. In 2021, they became a Certified Rendanheyi Expert - First Level through the Boundaryless & Haier Model Research Institute. Andreas also obtained an Innovation Management Professional certification from Amplify AB in the same year. Most recently, in 2023, Andreas acquired certifications in Coaching Agile Transformations and Enterprise Agile Coaching from ICAgile.
