Joel Williams

Joel Williams has over 40 years of work experience in the poultry industry. Joel began their career as a Hen Service Technician at Central Soya in 1980. From 1981 to 1983, they worked as a Breeder Manager at Strain Poultry. In 1984, they joined Sterwin Labs as a Salesperson for a year. Joel then moved on to Mar-Jac Poultry, where they held various positions including Breeder Hatchery Manager, Live Production Manager, and Complex Manager. In January 2017, they were promoted to Vice President of Operations at Mar-Jac Poultry.

Joel Williams earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Poultry Science from the University of Georgia, where they attended from 1976 to 1979.
