Nicole Friedman

Nicole Friedman has extensive experience in the catering and events industry. Nicole is currently the Director of Catering and Events at The Mar-a-Lago Club, where they oversee all aspects of club events. Prior to this, they held positions as Catering and Events Manager and Catering and Events Coordinator at the same company. In these roles, they were responsible for organizing and executing various events, including private parties, charity luncheons, and weddings. Nicole also worked as a Marketing and Fundraising Events Coordinator at Big Dog Ranch Rescue and as a Special Event Coordinator at CATALINA PRODUCTIONS INC. Nicole has experience as an Event Manager at Sunday Sol Events and as Vice President of Special Events at the Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA) at California State University, Fullerton. Finally, Nicole worked as a Project Manager at Shield Fire Protection.

Nicole Friedman holds a Hospitality Management Certificate from Cornell University, which was obtained in 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations and Communications from California State University, Fullerton, which they completed between 2017 and 2019. Before entering university, Nicole attended Saddleback College, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Communication Studies from 2014 to 2016. Their education journey began with their high school education at Capistrano Valley High School, where they earned their High School Diploma from 2008 to 2012.
