Olaf Lopez

Olaf Lopez has extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as General Superintendent at Marand Builders, Inc. since August 2018, overseeing various projects including interior renovations and new construction. Prior to this role, Olaf held positions as a Superintendent at Carl R Pursell Inc. and as the Owner of New Era Construction LLC, where residential and commercial renovation services were provided. Olaf's earlier experience includes working as a Building Engineer at The David Associates, focusing on building maintenance and renovation projects. Olaf holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Automotive Engineering Technology from ATI Technical Training Center and continues education at Miami Dade College, having completed a High School Diploma at South Miami Senior High School.
