Shaivali Shah

Transforming the human experience in healthcare is what inspires Shaivali. As a Healthcare Executive at Davita, she oversees a multi-site business by providing strategic, operational, and team leadership to drive growth and clinical outcomes. Prior to joining Davita, Shaivali led Marani’s strategy and business development efforts, driving business model design, commercialization efforts, new partnerships and funding. Shaivail’s career has been dedicated to building customer-centric and data-driven businesses for startups and corporates. She’s helped companies like Morgan Stanley, PwC/Diamond, Starbucks, Apple and Mayo Clinic stay competitive by seizing new opportunities for growth and operational efficiencies. Shaivali holds an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and B.A. from the University of Michigan. She also serves as a strategic advisor and board member for startup and nonprofit organizations.
