Jamie McMullin

Jamie McMullin is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as General Counsel at Marathon Capital since January 2023. Additionally, McMullin is a Charter Member of TechGC, an exclusive peer community for General Counsels in the tech sector. Prior experience includes serving as General Counsel at Halo Investing and as Counsel at King & Spalding. Notably, McMullin spent over 14 years at Wells Fargo & Company in various roles, culminating as Assistant General Counsel, where responsibilities included managing a team of attorneys and advising on capital markets and corporate governance. Earlier career positions include Associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP and Judicial Clerk for The Honorable Anthony J. Scirica at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. McMullin holds a Doctor of Law degree from Duke University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Amherst College, with additional education from Trinity College Dublin.
