Ashley Billman

Ashley Billman has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and management roles. Ashley started their career in 2010 as the Grants Chair at the Assistance League of Indianapolis, where they successfully raised over $120,000 in grant funding. In 2009, Ashley joined digitalKnowledge as a Talent Acquisition & Retention Coordinator, where they played a key role in recruiting and retaining employees, implementing training programs, and managing daily business operations. Ashley then moved to digitalrelevance™ in 2011, where they excelled in talent acquisition, hiring top-quality employees, developing college recruiting strategies, and managing an award-winning internship program. In 2013, Ashley joined OurHealth and Marathon Health as a Director and later Senior Director of Talent Acquisition, further showcasing their expertise in recruiting and managing skilled professionals.

Ashley Billman earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations from Ball State University, from 2005 to 2009. Ashley also holds a certification as a LinkedIn Recruiter Expert Certified from LinkedIn.
